● Petrochemical Industry

● Refineries: In processes like crude oil distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydro – refining, chemical process pumps are utilized to transfer crude oil, intermediate products, refined oil, and various chemical agents.

● Petrochemical Industry: During the production of basic chemical raw materials such as ethylene and propylene, as well as in polymer production and the synthesis of fine – chemical products, these pumps are employed to convey various reaction raw materials, intermediates, and products. For example, they transport organic compounds like benzene, toluene, and xylene.

● Coal Processing Industry: In processes including coal – to – liquid, coal – to – gas, and coal – to – methanol, these pumps can transport media such as coal slurry, syngas, and methanol.

● Power Industry

● Power Plants: Process pumps are used to transport boiler make – up water, condensate water, and circulating cooling water. They can also be used to convey acid – base solutions and slurries in the desulfurization and denigration processes.

● Paper and Pulp Industry

● Raw Material Conveyance: Pumps are used to transfer the pulp, which is a mixture of papermaking raw materials like wood chips, bamboo chips, and reeds with water, from the storage yard to the cooking or pulping equipment in the pulping workshop, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials.

● Pulp Conveyance: Pumps are used to transport the qualified pulp, which has gone through pulping and screening processes, from the pulp tank to the headbox of the paper machine. This ensures a stable supply of pulp during paper formation and uniform pulp quantity and thickness.
