Description
The OTT type Open Top Type ott single screw pumps, is a progressive cavity pump. Its main components are the rotor and the stator. The rotor is a screw with a large lead, high teeth, and a small helix inner diameter, and it has a specific cross – sectional shape. The stator is a matching screw sleeve. The two form a liquid – storage space. When the rotor rotates, the medium is transported axially from the suction end to the discharge end.

● Compared with centrifugal pumps: The OTT single screw pumps does not require the installation of inlet and pressure – end valves, and its flow rate is in a stable linear flow.
● Compared with piston pumps: The OTT – type pump has self – priming ability, and its suction lift can reach up to 8.5 meters of water column.
● Compared with diaphragm pumps: The Spiral pump can transport various mixed impurities, media containing gases, solid particles or fibers, and can also transport various corrosive media.
● Compared with gear pumps: The OTT – type pump can transport high – viscosity media.
● Compared with piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, and gear pumps: The NC – type pump can be used for pharmaceutical filling and metering
