The PUMPA AutoRain 4″ Automatic Submersible Stainless Steel Pump is suitable for pumping clean or rainwater from tanks, sumps and wells for use in homes and gardens.
The pump is equipped with an integrated control unit that ensures automatic operation of the pump. The control unit automatically controls the switching on and off (ON/OFF) of the pump depending on the water demand of the user and protects the pump against running dry in case of depletion of the water source.

Operating conditions

• It is recommended to install a pressure vessel with a minimum capacity of 3 litres to ensure proper operation of the pump.
• The pump is suitable for continuous operation
• The pump can be operated in both vertical and horizontal position
• The pump must not be used for pumping salt water
• A frequency converter must not be connected to the pump
• The pump is only suitable for pumping clean or slightly polluted water and not for domestic waste or water containing solids.
• The minimum dimensions for placement in a manhole are at least 20 x 20 cm.
• The device may be submerged a maximum of 8 m below the water surface.
• Install the pump so that the height between the device and the highest point of use does not exceed 20 metres.
