Description
The Omron Tech Pumps TIP series of TIP Temperature Controller High Centrifugal Pumps for Heat Preservation for insulation are suitable for transporting media with requirements for maintaining a certain temperature at the freezing point (or crystallization point), including neutral or corrosive media, those containing solid particles, toxic media, and flammable and explosive media.
● Insulated Pump Body: Combines with the insulated pump cover to maintain a constant temperature and is supported by feet.
● Impeller: Closed type. Axial force is balanced by balance holes or auxiliary vanes, and the remaining force is borne by the bearings.
● Insulated Pump Cover: Forms a standard seal chamber with the insulated seal gland, maintaining a constant temperature and being compatible with various seals.
● Shaft Seal: Depending on the working conditions, packing, single and double end face, and tandem mechanical seals can be selected.
● Bearings: Lubricated with thin oil. The constant level oil cup controls the oil level to ensure good lubrication.
● Shaft: Protected by a shaft sleeve to prevent corrosion and extend the service life.
● Rear-supported Design: Protected by a shaft sleeve to prevent corrosion and extend the service life.
